Why Clean by Design Exists
Martin Kloeckner spent years working in Big 4 consulting and in senior roles with some of Australia’s and Europe’s leading organisations before making a deliberate move into trade. The reason was simple: he saw a gap between what premium residential properties required and what most exterior cleaning services provided.
That gap was not about equipment. It was about process, the discipline to assess before acting, to select method over habit, and to hold the result to a standard that actually reflects the quality of the property being cleaned.
As a property investor himself, with experience buying, improving and selling residential property in Australia and abroad, Martin understands what clients are protecting when they call. These are not tasks to be completed. They are assets to be maintained.
The business is built around that understanding. It draws on a background in planning, business analysis and quality assurance, applied now to a trade where those disciplines are genuinely rare. Combined with professional certification and practical on-ground experience, the approach is straightforward: quality made in Germany, delivered in Sydney.
Martin lives in St Ives and works regularly across the Northern Beaches, Forest District and Upper North Shore. The communities he chose as his own.
