Not every surface is the same. Not every cleaning company treats them differently. We do.
Before any water is applied to a surface, the material, condition and exposure are assessed. Method selection is not a default – it is a decision made for each specific job. That is what we mean by deliberate practice, and it is the difference between a result that holds and one that damages.
Three steps. No shortcuts.
Site Assessment
When you submit a quote request, we review the property details and any photos provided. For larger or more complex properties, we inspect in person before confirming scope. Surface material, condition, access and any specific concerns are documented before work begins.
Method Selection
Soft wash, pressure cleaning and biological treatment serve different purposes and suit different materials. Applying the wrong method to the wrong surface causes damage that costs far more than the original clean. We select and confirm the correct approach before we begin.
Deliberate Execution
We arrive on time, work methodically and leave the property as agreed. Before and after photos are standard on every job. If anything unexpected is observed — a cracked tile, a failing render section, a gutter downpipe issue — it is documented and reported.

Note on Certification
The heights certification matters for roof cleaning. It is not a standard qualification held by all exterior cleaning operators, and it is the difference between a service that is properly managed and one that creates risk on your property.
Common questions
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. We need safe access to all areas and a contact number in case anything requires your attention. If you prefer to be present, we accommodate that. We confirm arrangements when the job is booked.
Do you use pressure washing or soft washing?
Both, depending on the surface. Soft washing is used for walls, render, timber and roofing materials. Pressure cleaning is used for hard surfaces such as concrete, pavers and stone. The method is selected for each surface type, not applied universally.
Are your products safe for children, pets and gardens?
We use professional-grade cleaning solutions appropriate to each surface. We protect garden beds and planted areas before we begin and rinse thoroughly. Product specifications are available on request.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Availability varies with season. Spring and pre-summer are our busiest periods. We recommend booking two to three weeks ahead during peak times. Contact us directly and we will advise current availability.
Do you provide a quote before starting work?
Always. We confirm scope and pricing before any work begins. There are no surprises on invoice.
What areas do you service?
We service Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Forest District and Upper North Shore. This includes suburbs from Manly to Palm Beach, the Forest District including Frenchs Forest and Forestville, and the Upper North Shore from St Ives through to Pymble, Wahroonga and Turramurra.
