Fence & Wall clean
Boundary surfaces that complete the picture.
A clean house with a neglected fence or boundary wall is a property that falls short of its potential. Fences and walls are often the first surface visible from the street and the last to receive attention. We treat them with the same method-first approach applied to every other surface.
What builds up on fences and walls
Method matched to material
Timber, rendered masonry, Colorbond and natural stone each require a different approach. The wrong pressure or chemical on the wrong surface causes damage that is expensive to reverse. We assess the material first.
The result
- Fence and boundary surfaces cleaned to a consistent standard
- Biological growth removed, not just rinsed
- Material preserved correctly
- Before and after photos provided
Common questions
Can you clean both sides of a boundary fence?
We clean the surfaces accessible from your property. If a neighbour has agreed to allow access, we can coordinate that. We raise the question if it is relevant during assessment.
Is soft washing safe for older timber fencing?
Yes, when applied correctly. Soft washing removes biological growth without the pressure that splits or splinters aged timber. We assess condition before recommending a method.
